The Iranian Student Association at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institue, founded in March 1999, is a cultural, volunteer, student-run organization recognized by the RPI student union.

IRANSA's goal is to hold and support Iranian and multicultural events and activities; to introduce Iranian culture, art, history, etc. to the community. In the past activities have included celebrating traditional Iranian holidays, participating in cultural event around RPI, offering Farsi classes to student, staff, and community members, and etc.
